How can I verify the condition of a collectible before purchasing?
We provide detailed condition notes for all items, especially for our vintage Mego figures and clearance damaged package items. For specific concerns about box condition or figure details, please email our collector’s team at [email protected] before ordering.
Do you carry rare or hard-to-find action figures?
Yes! Our All Mego and Legends sections frequently feature rare finds. We also offer pre-orders for upcoming releases. For specific rare item requests, contact us – we maintain a network of serious collectors who sometimes make pieces available through our shop.
What’s your policy on damaged packaging?
We clearly mark items with damaged packaging in our Clearance Damaged Package section at reduced prices. These are perfect for open-box collectors. All other items are guaranteed to arrive in the condition described, packed with collector-grade materials to protect even mint-in-box items.
Shipping & Delivery
Which shipping method should I choose for valuable collectibles?
For high-value vintage figures or limited edition NECA items, we strongly recommend our Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL/FedEx. This includes better tracking, faster customs clearance, and insurance up to $100. Our free EMS shipping is better suited for multiple lower-value items.
How long until my collectible arrives?
After 1-2 business days for careful processing and packing:
- Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx
- Free Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS ($50 minimum)
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide except some Asian and remote regions. During checkout, our system will confirm if we can ship to your location. Some fragile or oversized items may have additional restrictions – feel free to inquire before ordering.
What about customs fees?
International collectors are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes. These vary by country and aren’t included in our prices or shipping costs. We always declare the accurate value of collectibles to comply with international shipping regulations.
Payments & Accounts
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through encrypted channels to protect your information.
Is it safe to create an account on your site?
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption for all account information and never store your full payment details. Creating an account lets you track orders, save your collection wishlist, and get early access to new arrivals.
Returns & Guarantees
What if my collectible arrives damaged?
Despite our collector-approved packaging, if damage occurs:
- Report within 3 days of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund
What’s your return policy?
Our 15-day Collector’s Guarantee allows returns of most items in original condition with all packaging. Exceptions:
- Pre-orders and rare vintage items (contact us first)
- Opened 8″ Clothed Action Figures unless defective
- Clearance damaged package items (as-is)

How should I store my new collectibles?
For in-box collectors: Keep in climate-controlled spaces away from direct sunlight. For loose figures, our Action Figure Stands help prevent leaning or damage. Consider UV-protective cases for valuable FiGPins or film cells.
