While we meticulously inspect every vintage action figure, rare memorabilia, and pop culture collectible before shipment, we recognize that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary.
Our Return Policy for Collectors
We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your collectible. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition (unopened, with original packaging)
- All certificates of authenticity must be included
- The original packing materials and protective cases must be intact
- A copy of your purchase receipt or order number must accompany the return
Important Note: Due to the nature of collectibles, certain items cannot be returned:
- Clearance Damaged Package items (sold as-is with noted condition issues)
- Film Cells (due to their unique nature and authentication requirements)
- Pre-Orders (once production has begun)
- Any item where the original packaging has been opened or tampered with
Step-by-Step Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return Request
Within 15 days of receiving your collectible, email our Collector Support Team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item showing any damage or issues
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
2. Receive Return Authorization
Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization number (required for processing)
- Detailed shipping instructions
- Any additional documentation needed for high-value items ($500+)
3. Package Your Return Securely
Use the original collector-grade packaging whenever possible. For fragile items like Morphing Mugs or Action Figure Stands, we recommend adding extra padding.

We strongly recommend using insured shipping with tracking for all returns, especially for rare Mego, DC, or Star Trek collectibles.
5. Inspection & Processing
Upon receipt, our authentication team will inspect your return within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email notification once:
- Your refund has been processed, or
- Your exchange item is being prepared for shipment
Refund Timeline & Methods
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval (processing times may vary by bank)
- Gift Cards: A new e-gift card will be issued within 24 hours
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
For exchanges of equal value:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once the return is received
- For higher-value exchanges, you’ll be invoiced for the difference
- Popular items like NECA, Mezco Toys, or FiGPin may have limited stock for exchanges
