Non-Returnable Items:

  3. Package Your Return Securely
    Use the original collector-grade packaging whenever possible. For fragile items like Morphing Mugs or Action Figure Stands, we recommend adding extra padding.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method:

  • Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval (processing times may vary by bank)
  • Gift Cards: A new e-gift card will be issued within 24 hours

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Policy
