2.1 Product Descriptions

We take great care to accurately describe our collectibles, including:

• Clearance items with noted packaging damage

High-demand items like Legends series or exclusive Pre-Orders may sell out quickly. We reserve the right to limit quantities and cancel orders if inventory errors occur.

3. Ordering and Payment

2. Our team verifies payment and item availability (1-2 business days)
3. For rare collectibles requiring authentication, processing may extend slightly
4. You receive shipping confirmation with tracking

All transactions are processed securely. We never store your full payment details.

3.3 Pricing

Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes or customs fees. We occasionally offer promotions on select categories like Clearance or Horror items.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Options

We offer two collector-grade shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days) with tracking and insurance
• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days)

Important: Delivery estimates exclude customs processing times. Some regions are ineligible for shipping.

4.2 International Orders

Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are not included in your order total.

5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for items that meet these strict collector-grade conditions:

• Original, unopened packaging with all seals intact
• All certificates of authenticity included
• Original packing materials and protective cases undamaged

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

Due to their nature, these cannot be returned:

• Clearance Damaged Package items (sold as-is)
• Film Cells (authentication requirements)
• Pre-Orders after production begins
• Any opened collectible packaging

5.3 Return Process

2. Receive Return Authorization within 2 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
